01 · What we do

Everything the home
needs, in one place.

  • Finding tenants

    We advertise the home, run the viewings and check that applicants can pay.

  • Contracts and tax office

    We prepare the tenancy contract and register it with the tax office (Finanças), as the law requires.

  • Rent and receipts

    We follow payments every month and issue the official electronic rent receipts.

  • Maintenance and repairs

    We deal with breakdowns and works, with the quote approved by you before anything starts.

  • Move-ins and move-outs

    We hand over the keys, take the inventory and check the home at the end of the tenancy.

  • Condominium

    We represent you at owners’ meetings and handle fees and correspondence.

  • Reports

    You receive a summary of rent, costs and everything that happened at the home.

03 · Questions

Before you
hand us the keys.

I live outside Portugal. Can I rent out my home?

Yes. We help you work out what you need with the tax office, such as a NIF (tax number), and refer you to an accountant if needed.

How much does management cost?

It depends on the property and the services you choose. After the first conversation we send you a written proposal.

Who decides on repairs?

The owner. For emergencies we agree with you up front how we should act. For everything else, we ask you to approve the quote first.

Do you speak English?

Yes. You can deal with us entirely in Portuguese or in English.
